A gift to your family, sparing them hard decisions at an emotional time.
It is not always possible to pay respects in person, so we hope that this small token will help.
Offer a gift of comfort and beauty to a family suffering from loss.
During bereavement, it is often a time of emotional anguish for loved ones. This is when decisions concerning services are most difficult.
At Doran Funeral Home, we are experienced professionals, here to offer you comfort and understanding - and most importantly - assistance with your decisions during these difficult times.
Doran Funeral Home offers a wide range of funeral service options tailored to fit the individual needs and desires of our families.
We present our families with available options, then we tend to the all the details, working to ensure that a family’s wishes are carried out to completion.
We make sure all legal requirements and logistical arrangements are taken care of, allowing our families to address the most important issues that arise at the time of death: caring for each other, dealing with grief and the emotions of the loss of a loved one.
Together we discuss what types of services would provide the most meaningful tribute and farewell for the deceased.
Our experience allows us to simplify and present the choices for our families.
In making arrangement plans with you, we will work with you to meet your needs and desires in regards to service and disposition options while being mindful of each individual family's financial situation.
The basic services of the Doran Funeral Home directors and staff include 24 hour availability and immediate response at time of death as well as transfer to the funeral home.
We provide funeral counseling and arrangement conferences, coordination of all service and disposition details with outside parties involved, recording vital statistics, securing required permits, filing and obtaining death certificates and other forms and claims, and preparation of necessary notices.
According to the wishes of the family, we establish a place and time for the funeral service and arrange for an officiant, music, military honors, pictures and mementos to be present for the service, and information to be included in published obituary notices.
