Seneca Falls - Agnes L. Ferrara, 89, of W. Bayard St., Seneca Falls, NY, died Tuesday (December 3, 2013) at Geneva General Hospital, Geneva, NY. Family and friends may attend Agnes's Mass of Christian Burial on Friday (December 6,) at 10 AM at St. Patrick's Church, Seneca Falls, with Reverend James Fennessy, Pastor, as Celebrant. Burial will follow in St. Columbkille Cemetery, Seneca Falls. There will be no prior calling hours. If desired, contributions may be made to St. Patrick's Church, 25 Center St., Waterloo, NY 13165. Agnes was born in Geneva, NY on August 3, 1924 the daughter of the late Vincenzo & Jane Priano Durso. She was a life resident of Seneca Falls. She had been employed by the former Eisenhower College as Food Service Manager until the college closed. She also had worked at the former Seneca Army Depot in Romulus, NY. Agnes was a member of St. Patrick's Church, Seneca Falls. She was one who enjoyed playing bingo and playing cards with her many friends. She is survived by: Her husband, Louis Ferrara Sr. of Seneca Falls, whom she married on January 15, 1949 1 daughter - Josephine (Anthony) Petroccia - Seneca Falls, NY 2 sons - Louis (Sandra) Ferrara Jr. - Seneca Falls, NY Neil Ferrara - Cooper City, Florida 5 grandchildren - Erica (Miles) Sinicropi, Christine (Brian) Neilson, Louis (Brandi) Ferrara III, Stephanie Trickler, & Kaycie Ferrara 7 Great Granddaughters and 1 Great Grandson 2 sisters - Jeannette Jeffers - Waterloo, NY Theresa Henninger - Geneva, NY 2 brothers - John (Bernie) Durso - Florida Guy (Marlene) Durso - Seneca Falls, NY Several nieces and nephews In addition to her parents, Agnes was predeceased by 2 brothers, James & Philip Durso Arrangements are under the direction of Doran Funeral Home, Seneca Falls, NY Please visit: doranfuneralhome.com
