Seneca Falls - Carmina F. Russo, of Seneca Falls, NY, died Monday (October 20, 2014). Funeral services and burial will be at the convenience of the family. There will be no prior calling hours. She was a graduate of Mynderse Academy and received her associate's degree from Auburn Community College. She then earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business from Farleigh Dickinson University, New Jersey. Carmina went on to graduate from a paralegal program with the American Institute for paralegal studies at Lemoyne College in Syracuse, NY. Carmina was employed by the Seneca County Attorney's Office as a Paralegal. She became a clown by trade and went by the name of "Daffy Dill" where she participated in many children's birthday parties and performed at the annual Waterloo Memorial Day events. She was a member of St. Patrick's Church, Seneca Falls. She was active in the local 850 CSEA Union of the Seneca County Employees. She had served the 850 Unit of the union as past president and also past treasurer of both the 850 and 8650 unit. She was currently serving as vice-president.
