Seneca Falls - Charles R. "Chuck" Peterson, 61 of Bridge St., Seneca Falls, NY, passed away on Sunday (September 9, 2018) at Huntington Living Center, Waterloo, NY.
Family and friends may call at the Doran Funeral Home, 4 E. Bayard St., Seneca Falls, on Thursday (September 13) from
3 PM to 6PM. Burial will be in Springbrook Cemetery, Seneca Falls, at the convenience of the family. If desired, contributions may be made to the S.M.S., 95 Ovid St., Seneca Falls, NY 13148.
The Seneca Falls Honor Guard will conduct military honors at the funeral home on Thursday evening at 6 PM
Chuck was born in Seneca Falls on March 26, 1957 the son of Donald & Constance "Connie" Kinney Peterson. He was a life resident of Seneca Falls and was a veteran of the U.S. Navy. He was a retired rural carrier for the U.S. Postal Service of Seneca Falls, retiring after 32 years of service. Chuck was a active member of the S.M.S. of Seneca Falls, volunteering for many of their events. He, also, was an active member of Kirk-Casey Post #366, Seneca Falls. He enjoyed golfing, fishing, card playing, bocce, & was considered a good bowler.

1 brother - Steven (Heidi) Peterson - Seneca Falls, NY
2 nieces - Amanda (Peter) Wadhams - Geneva, NY
Catrina Peterson - Seneca Falls, NY
1 nephew - Joseph Peterson - Waterloo, NY
He was predeceased by his father, Donald Peterson, his sister, Karen Peterson, his paternal grandparents, Howard & Flora Peterson, & his maternal grandparents, Emma Ireland & Charles Kinney.
