Seneca Falls - Cinnamon R. Pettingill, 45 of Lake Road, Seneca Falls, NY, died Tuesday (March 24, 2015) at Geneva General Hospital, Geneva, NY. A memorial service for Cinnamon will be held on Saturday (March 28) at 12:30 PM at the Magee Fire Department, 1807 Route 318, Seneca Falls, NY with Reverend Sue Hadley, Pastor of First United Methodist Church, Seneca Falls, officiating. The family will receive friends at the fire hall after the memorial service from 12:30 PM to 3 PM. Burial will be at the convenience of the family in Springbrook Cemetery, Seneca Falls, NY. Cinnamon was born in Geneva, NY on November 2, 1969 the daughter of David & Brenda Shaw Hendrix. She had been residing in Seneca Falls for almost 23 years. She was employed by the New York Chiropractic College, Seneca Falls and had formerly been employed by the former Urban Sun grocery store in Seneca Falls. Cinnamon was very active in her community. She was member and current treasurer of the Seneca Falls Fire Department Auxiliary and, at one time, had been a volunteer for South Seneca Ambulance Corps. She was involved in many of the volunteer activities at the school's of her children including their sports events. Cinnamon touched the lives of many people with her sunshine and laughter.
