Waterloo - Edward T. Deal, 90, of Waterloo, NY, passed away Saturday, (January 3, 2015) at Geneva General Hospital, Geneva, NY. In keeping with the family's wishes, there will be no prior calling hours. Family and Friends may attend Edward's Mass of Christian Burial on Wednesday, (January 7, 2015) at 10:00 AM, at St. Mary's Churc;h, Center St. Waterloo NY with Reverend James Fennessy, Pastor, as Celebrant. Burial will be in St. Columbkille Cemetery, Seneca Falls, NY. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Duck's Unlimited. Edward was born in Seneca Falls, NY on May 20, 1924 the son of the late Earl and Helen Miller Deal. He was a life resident of Waterloo, NY, and a member of St. Mary's Church. Edward was a member of the Seneca Falls American Legion Post #0366 for 48 years. Edward was also a member of Duck's Unlimited and the Owasco Valley Beagle Club. He was a former Boy Scout. Ed loved hunting and fishing, and enjoyed his family. Edward is Survived by: His wife - Alice O'Brien Deal, whom he married on June 28, 1946 1 Son - John Deal, Florida 1 Daughter - Carol Goodall, Seneca Falls, NY 1 Sister - Virginia Lawson, Waterloo, NY 2 Grandchildren - Erin and Noah Goodall Arrangements are under the direction of Doran Funeral Home, Seneca Falls, NY
