Town of Varick - Jaunita Mary Deal, 90 of Willers Road, Fayette, NY, passed away Monday (August 10, 2015) at Geneva General Hospital, Geneva, NY surrounded by her family. Family and friends may call at the Doran Funeral Home, 4 E. Bayard St., Seneca Falls, NY on Saturday (August 15) from 11 AM to 1 PM followed by a funeral service at the funeral home with Pastor Floyd Marsh, Pastor of Harvest Field Baptist Church, Fayette, NY, officiating. Burial will follow in Fayette Rural Cemetery, Town of Fayette, NY. Jaunita was born in Scranton, PA. on March 21, 1925 the daughter of the late Franklin & Myrtle Frisbie. She met and married the love of her life, Paul A. Deal on December 16, 1945. They raised 5 children in Fayette. Jaunita was considered the neighborhood "mom". She was loved and respected by all who knew her. She was a woman who believed in the Lord and will now spend eternity with Him. She loved her family to the moon and back and would do anything for them. She enjoyed gardening, cooking, crossword puzzles, & writing her own poems & daily journal. She loved being a farmer's wife and every aspect of that life. She leaves behind: 3 daughters - Donna Deal - Fayette, NY Barb (Ron) Parker - Seneca Falls, NY Frances Deal - MacDougall, N Y 8 grandchildren - Wendy, Laurie (Terry), Michael, Heather, Shawn (Chris), Tyler, Brian, & Amanda 12 great grandchildren - Cody, Tarren, Brady, Zachery, Joshua, Alexandria, Chelsey, McKayla, Izabella (Izzy), Garrett, Antwuan, Isabella (Bella) 1 great great grandchild - Kayla Her sister - Phyllis Pemy - Carbondale, PA. In addition to her parents, Jaunita was predeceased by her husband, Paul A. Deal Sr. who died October 27, 1989, 1 daughter, Patricia Deal who died May 10, 2015 & 1 son Paul A.
