Lori J. (Andrus) Andrews

SENECA FALLS - Lori J. Andrews, 54, of Seneca Falls passed away, February 21, 2018, at home surrounded by family after a long and courageous battle with cancer. At the family's request, there will be no calling hours. Burial will also be at the convenience of the family. Lori was born on September 14, 1963 in Chittenango NY, the daughter of Wayne Andrus and Mary Thayre. She was a graduate of Mynderse Academy and was employed for a number of years with the Seneca Falls Central School District. Lori enjoyed taking yearly fall foliage trips to the Adirondacks with her family and attending concerts with her loving husband of 25 years, Brian. In Lori's free time she also loved to cook and bake, and spend time with her granddaughters whom she "loved to the moon and back". She is survived by her husband, Brian Andrews of Seneca Falls; two daughters Samantha and Courtney Andrews of Seneca Falls; her mother, Mary Thayre of Seneca Falls; four brothers, Nathan (Trish) Andrus of Ovid, Gregory Andrus of Waterloo, Jeffrey (Lori) Andrus of Waterloo, Dennis Andrus of Seneca Falls; two granddaughters, Zyionna and Arianna Moore. Lori will also be remembered by several nieces, nephews, cousins, in-laws and dear friends. Lori is predeceased by her father, Wayne Andrus and father in law, Charles Andrews, who loved her dearly.
