Seneca Falls - Mary G. Schulte, 95, of VanCleef St., Seneca Falls, NY, passed away on Monday (October 15, 2018) at Geneva General Hospital, Geneva, NY.
Family and friends may call at the Doran Funeral Home, 4 E. Bayard St., Seneca Falls on Friday (October 19) from 11 AM to 1 PM followed by a funeral service at 1 PM at the funeral home with Reverend Michael Merritt of St. Patrick's Church, Seneca Falls, officiating. Burial will follow in St. Columbkille Cemetery, Seneca Falls. If desired, contributions may be made to St. Francis/St. Clare Parish, 25 Center St, Waterloo, NY 13165.
Mary was born in Seneca Falls on August 20, 1923 the daughter of the late Egidio & Geni Angeli Giannotti. She was a life long resident of Seneca Falls and had owned & operated Mary's Beauty Salon for many years. She was a member of St. Patrick's Church, Seneca Falls. Mary loved to travel and in her earlier years enjoyed golfing and bowling. She, also, was an avid walker and a huge New York Yankee Fan. As a matter of fact, Mary was a sports enthusiast.
She is survived by:
1 daughter - Carole Schulte - Boulder, CO.
1 son - John Schulte and his wife, Robin (Adam) - Seneca Falls, NY
1 grandson - Cain Schulte
1 sister - Ione Bonacci - Seneca Falls, NY
1 brother-in-law - Hank Borys - Lyons, NY
Several nieces and nephews
In addition to her parents, Mary was predeceased by 4 sisters, Rose Belsito, Antoinette Chadwell, Leona Salotti, & Jeannette Borys and 3 brothers, Charles, Edward, & Louis Giannotti
