Seneca Falls - Stephen J. DeRosa, 61, of Seneca Falls, passed away unexpectedly at Geneva General, Saturday, February 21, 2015. In keeping with the family's wishes, there will be no prior calling hours and burial will be at the convenience of the family. Stephen was born on January 22, 1954 in Seneca Falls, NY. He was the son of the late Joesph and Gina (Marsella) DeRosa. He resided in Seneca Falls all of his life, and attended Mynderse Academy. Stephen was a member of ST. Patrick's Church of Seneca Falls and over the years, he enjoyed fixing bikes, and lawn mowers, and enjoyed his family. Surviving: 1 - Son - James Miller, Newark, NY 2 - Brothers - Joseph DeRosa, Waterloo, NY Paul Kierst, Waterloo, NY 1 - Sister - Virginia Vose, Seneca Falls, NY 1 - Nephew - Andrew Vose, Florida Besides his parents, Stephen is predeceased by his brother-in-law, Ernest Vose who passed away in 2003.
