Meet our staff, members of the local community who make everything that happens possible.
I grew up in the small NY town of Newport, where I attended West Canada Valley Centeral School. It was that I became interested in pursuing a career in funeral service. After high school I attended SUNY Canton, where I received my Mortuary Science degree in 2002.
I was born in Rome, NY where I graduated in 1967 from Rome Free Academy. It was in 1968 that I graduated from the Simmon’s School of Mortuary Science and began my career in funeral service.
In 1986, I moved to Seneca Falls with my wife, Brenda, and three daughters, Allison, Courtney and Shannon. Today we have grown with the addition of two sons-in-law, Courtney’s husband, Rob, and Shannon’s husband, Scott, and four beautiful grandchildren, Riley, MacKenzie, Delaney and Robert– rounding out our family.
Like my own family, Doran Funeral Home is owned and operated in a family-like atmosphere that has been tradition for decades. We continue to serve our families with the utmost sympathy and compassion, allowing us to achieve an outstanding reputation for personal service.
We ask that when you have questions concerning your selection of funeral services, you allow us the opportunity to assist you in your decisions. Our reputation for personal service allows you the comfort and understanding that all families of all nationalities and religious beliefs deserve.
